Our prenatal program is designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and confident throughout every stage of your pregnancy. Indoors during the winter and outdoors during the summer, our prenatal fitness classes provide a safe, supportive and energising experience, perfect for expecting moms living in Cork City and surrounding areas.
All exercises are approved for pregnancy and guided by a fully certified prenatal fitness specialist, ensuring safety, comfort and effective results.
Pregnancy is a powerful journey, and staying active can make it smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. Our Prenatal – Prepare Program helps expectant mums stay strong, mobile, and energised, while preparing the body for labour. Classes combine strength training, mobility work, and functional exercises tailored to each trimester.
You will work on core, leg, and upper body strength, improve posture and balance, and practice gentle pelvic floor exercises. These movements help reduce discomfort, build strength, and support both labour and postpartum recovery.
Each session is led by an experienced instructor who adapts exercises to your trimester and individual needs. With modifications, guidance, and a supportive environment, you will feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
We recommend starting from the second trimester and continuing as long as you and your medical team feel comfortable.

Tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, upper back, chest and legs with pregnancy safe workouts. Every exercise is supervised to ensure proper technique and maximum comfort. We help you stay strong, active and energised throughout every trimester.

Join a warm, supportive group of moms-to-be. Classes are friendly, relaxed and designed to help you feel amazing after every session. We promote community, confidence and positivity throughout your entire pregnancy journey.
