All exercises are approved for pregnancy and designed for postnatal recovery both guided by fully certified prenatal & postnatal fitness specialists, ensuring safety, comfort and effective results.
Our hybrid classes are suitable for expectant moms and postnatal moms, with every exercise adapted to suit your stage and individual needs.
For expectant moms, classes help maintain cardiovascular fitness, strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and coordination, while preparing the body for labour. Sessions focus on strengthening the core, legs, and upper body, combined with light cardio and pelvic floor exercises. We recommend starting from the second trimester right up to, or close to, delivery.
For postnatal moms, classes help you to safely return to fitness after pregnancy, rebuilding strength and endurance to support the physical demands of everyday motherhood.
Exercises are adapted to suit the postnatal body, with progressions introduced as you grow stronger. Classes include a mix of interval and circuit training, combining low-impact cardio (from gentle movement to brisk walking or light jogging) with full-body toning using weights, resistance bands, and loop bands. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks post-vaginal birth and 10 weeks post-caesarean.
Babies are welcome in their buggies, so there is no need for childcare. If your baby needs feeding or comfort, you can pause at any time. We are all mums here, and we understand.

Tone and strengthen your body safely with prenatal and postnatal friendly exercises. We focus on arms, core, legs, glutes, back and posture, all at a pace that suits you. Every session is adapted, supervised and kept fun.

Meet other moms and moms-to-be in Cork. Share experiences, build friendships and enjoy a warm environment where you feel understood and supported. Our classes often finish with chats, laughs and a well deserved coffee.
