The Hybrid Class includes safe strength training, mobility work, conditioning and pelvic-floor friendly exercises, all guided by a certified prenatal & postnatal fitness instructor in Cork.

Tone and strengthen your body safely with prenatal and postnatal friendly exercises. We focus on arms, core, legs, glutes, back and posture, all at a pace that suits you. Every session is adapted, supervised and kept fun.

Meet other moms and moms-to-be in Cork. Share experiences, build friendships and enjoy a warm environment where you feel understood and supported. Our classes often finish with chats, laughs and a well deserved coffee.
