You can bring your baby or toddler with you, making it easy to take care of yourself without needing childcare. Every session is adapted to your postpartum stage, from early recovery to advanced rebuilding.

Our Postnatal Regain classes made for busy moms getting back into fitness. We focus on rebuilding the foundations, pelvic floor, core, glutes, back and posture with controlled movements that feel both safe and effective. Every exercise is diastasis-friendly, C-section friendly and guided by qualified postpartum fitness professionals.
